MAK on the Stubenring
The MAK – Museum of Applied Arts is one of the most important museums of its kind in the world. Originally established as a collection of samples, the unique collection of the MAK, founded in 1863 as the Imperial and Royal Austrian Museum of Art and Industry, still stands for an extraordinary combination of applied art, design, architecture and contemporary art.

The Museum of Contraception and Abortion (MUVS) is a museum in the 15th district of Vienna, Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus. It is the only museum in the world dedicated exclusively to contraception, pregnancy tests and abortion.

“Committed to the beginnings of psychoanalysis and the ongoing history of the influence of Sigmund Freud’s life and work, the Sigmund Freud Museum is a site of memory and space of thought in which our cultural history combines with our present. With its extensive exhibition and scientific activities, the aim of the institution is to make a profound contribution to the current and future development of sociocultural theory & life practice.”
Since 1971, the Sigmund Freud Museum has been welcoming visitors in Sigmund Freud’s former office and apartment. Formerly a room of commemoration, the Sigmund Freud Museum has developed into a tourist attraction with more than 100,000 visitors per year and a place of debate and discussion with research and education projects, scientific events and Europe’s largest library on psychoanalysis.
The museum is operated by the Sigmund Freud Foundation since 2003.

“The Eurogames 2024 exhibition” was especially developed by “TO_DO” for the Eurogames Vienna.
The exhibited works will be sports-related photos. Cynicism, queerness, oddity and sometimes even sensuality might inhere in the photos exposed. Showing sports in an atypical manner, but still conserving its essence. Each photo stands on its story-telling own, nevertheless still embedded in a bigger context. Aiming to defy the typical sports-conventions, showing unusual and non-perfectionist ways to live sports, depicting the antagonism of loneliness/togetherhood in LGBTIQ+ live. Besides the sports-related photos there present some of the collaborative works of TO_DO and paintings of Tom.

“The Viktor Frankl Museum is not a museum in the traditional sense. It consists of experiential spaces that allow you to get close to Frankl’s personality and, above all, to try out his therapeutic approaches for yourself.” (ORF Zeit im Bild).
In addition to visiting the exhibition “Live(ing) full of meaning – Viktor E. Frankl’s doctrine of meaning against the void of meaning”, take the opportunity to try out the installation series “The ONE humanity – In every moment you shape yourself and your world”. This is dedicated to the human capacity for peace in an interactive way: Every person is able to help shape the world in a positive way – every person is asked to make their contribution to a successful whole. The knowledge of this power encourages and enables people to take action instead of resignation.
