We are excited to announce that the EuroGames Village is located in one of Vienna’s most central and vibrant areas: Karlsplatz. As a hub of cultural and social activity, our Village is the central point for registration, information, relaxation, and excitement throughout the event.
All ceremonies take place on the stage within the Village.
REGISTRATION & INFORMATION HUB
The registration & information hub is located at Wien Museum (Karlsplatz 8). It is your central point for:
- Registration (check-in for athletes and volunteers)
- Pick-up of goodies and merchandise
- Pick-up of race numbers (running)
- Information desk
- Lost & found&

The Village is located in front of Karlskirche (Karlsplatz 10). It is a hub for cultural and social activities throughout the event:
- Meeting point
- Chill-out & recreation area
- Food trucks & drinks
- Community information booths
- Stage programme
CEREMONIES & STAGE PROGRAMME
The opening and closing ceremonies take place on the stage within the Village (Karlsplatz 10) and are moderated by Luna Reininger, a Vienna-based content creator, social media expert and co-organizer of one of the city’s largest queer parties, Tittitittibangbang.
