Get ready to maneuver your pawns and hone your strategies because the EuroGames Vienna 2024 chess tournament is just around the corner.
We are excited to announce that we will be organising all-gender tournaments at two levels: competitive and recreational, following the rules of the International Chess Federation (FIDE).
Whether you’re a seasoned chess player or a beginner, you are welcome to participate in the tournament. During registration, you will have the option to indicate your ranking based on the following standards
- SSB-Rating Standard
- FIDE-Rating Rapid
- FIDE-Rating Standard
- Online-Rating in Blitz or Rapid (lichess.org, chess24, chess.com, etc.)
Indicating your ranking is not compulsory to participate in the chess tournament. So, prepare your chess pieces and join us for an exciting chess competition at EuroGames Vienna 2024!
